Overshadowing the interims has been a recommended cash offer for AIM tiddler, Sky High (SKHG;15.5p), a business, which provides traffic surveys and ancillary services used primarily for planning and modeling, typically before commencing work on large infrastructure projects. Tracsis has paid £3.3m cash for the business and once duplicated costs are removed it is immediately eps enhancing. Sky High has eight offices in the UK and three in Australia and widens Tracsis' scope from its existing rail activities into adjacent transportation markets and gives it a foothold in Australia, a territory identified as ripe for Tracsis' core rail optimisation software products.
