YouGov - Numis forecasts eps of 4.8p followed by 5.5p

YouGov has moved further into the US with the acquisition of Definitive Insights, a US agency, for an initial Â£0.6m cash plus a deferred amount based on future performance.During the month, Yougov also released interims. Not much more to add on our comprehensive write up last month suffice to say that revenues grew 27% to Â£27m (8% organically) whilst margins expanded 150 basis points year-on-year to 8.1%. The US, which was the biggest unit, has seen barnstorming progress with organic revenues up +66% and margins of 14% (H110: 5%).
