Shaft Sinkers - Pre-sinking starts on large (as yet unannounced) contract

Shaft Sinkers moved up sharply after reporting 2010 results. The key eye-opening number in the statement was the order bank at Â£488m and which extends out to 2014. That means that 70% of this year's forecast and 50% of next year's is already in the bag!Boosting the order book has been the Styldrift contract with Anglo Platinum and Royal Bafokeng Nation (two new names to the customer list), which the company estimates at being worth c.Â£120m.
