Globo - Gain since February tip: 50%

Globo has rocketed since our February tip. Results during the month were in line with best expectations, with sales up 31% to Eu31m and pretax profit up by 45% to Eu4.63m. With a low tax charge, eps was 2.4p, up from 1.8p.As anticipated, it was expansion into the international mobile market through the launch of CitronGO! that contributed significantly to sales and profit growth. In addition, the two legacy areas of software and operating WiFi networks also fared well.CitronGo! generated sales of Eu5.3m versus a standing start the year before.
