A trading update said that pretax profits before exceptionals for the year to end March will be between Â£16m and Â£17.5m - at the lower end of expectations, predominantly due to sales in a more difficult market and a more prudent approach being taken in recognising profits for the educational division. The company also unexpectedly announced that whilst 2010 results are unaffected, its previous yearâ€™s results are going to have to be restated down by Â£4m, having reviewed some accounting entries in the education division following a change in that division's management.Overall sales are expected to be up 1% to Â£582m and net debt at Â£310m, in line with expectations.
