The big development during the month was the director dealings with chief executive Stephen Cook buying a stake of 3.16m shares at 50p, a significant premium over the price the day before the deal and equivalent to an interest of 12.48%. The seller was Channel Hotels and Properties Limited.Flying Brands also issued a pleasing update for Q1 to 3 April that said order intake for the ongoing business is £12.7m, up 2.4% on a like-for-like basis against Q1 last year.
