With some observers reckoning the rich, black, well drained soils of Ukraine will see it become the breadbasket for Europe, now seems a good time for MHP (Mironovskiy Hliboproduct), a Ukranian grain and poultry producer, to make its market debut. Further down the pecking order and at a much earlier stage of development is Landkom (LKI; 97p), which made its AIM debut in November but has seen its price rise gradually as the price for agricultural assets has spiralled.
