Revenue Assurance Services has issued a pre-close trading update ahead of finals in June stating that it expects these to be in line with market estimates. Cashflow was strong over the year with cash conversion in excess of 100%. RAS also reported that it has refinanced the final deferred consideration for its UBM purchase; a £4.5m loan note in relation to its acquisition, which was originally due to be repaid in June‘08, has now been replaced with cheaper bank borrowings. Year end net bank borrowings at 31 March was £8.9m. Hold for the moment. ...
