Tracsis has delivered strong underlying growth in both divisions in H1 and including a maiden contribution from the RailComm acquisition it expects to report H1 sales on 3 April up £10m to £39m and adj. EBITDA growth of >20% to c.£7.4m. This has been driven by the Data, Analytics, Consultancy and Events side, which continued its post Covid recovery. The Technology & Services side has delivered the second full deployment of TRACS Enterprise and it has completed the roll out of RailHub, won new smart ticketing contracts and seen strong demand return for its remote condition monitoring technology.
