Filta Group - £100,000 monthly savings come through

Back in the December issue, Filta said that most of the challenges it had faced in integrating Watbio with its FOG and Seal businesses were fixable. This month its pre-close update said it has fixed the issues and it is delivering the expected savings in the UK business of £100,000 a month. Further benefits from new scheduling software that has been put in place will continue over the coming months. Although still early in the new year, it has added new franchises in North America (2), Germany (1) and Switzerland (1). It expects EBITDA for the full year in the order of £3.2m on sales of £25m.
