Softcat powered to successive new highs helped by a trading statement ahead of H1 results on 21 March. Gross profit and adjusted operating profit grew 22% and 19%, respectively, with robust demand from both public sector and enterprise customers. Jefferies has upgraded its eps forecasts yet again to 25p with 27.2p next year. The broker has set a 600p target. A main write up in December ‘15 at 280p, the business remains superbly run.
