Dart Group - 2018 well ahead. Outlook raised

Shares in Dart stand 133p above our NAP write up price in January, having gapped £1 the day it said pretax profit for the year to 31 March will be “materially ahead of current expectations.” Volumes in the leisure travel side are ahead and there has been less price competition compared to last year. In the light of the statement, Canaccord increased its eps forecast by 20% for the year ending this month to 64.1p. The forecast for next year climbs by 37% to 61.9p, which I suspect will also be too low. I wouldn’t trouser this gain just yet; in fact, I remain a buyer. Results due 12 July. ...
