32Red has received a 196p cash bid from Swedish firm Kindred Spirit (owner of Unibet, StanJames.com and bingo.com). The offer is cut and dried with shareholders, accounting for 71.1% of the shares, accepting it. 32Red has also preannounced that it achieved record NGR of £62.3m, up 28% on 2015 but that is academic! Accept the offer but there may be a counter bid. Gain since June ‘16: 35%. ...
