Since our last update, Tarsus has sold its French business for £6.6m and more than filled the ‘gap’ and more by buying a 50% stake in AMB, a South East Asia events business (across building, infrastructure and automotive) for £9m together with the US leading event for pain management (PAINweek) for US$27.5m.Results for FY15 include a part contribution from these events and also the fact that it was an “on year” for biennial events such as Labelexpo Europe and the Dubai Air Show. Overall sales were £86.9m, pretax profit £19.1m and eps 21.4p. This compares to the last “on year” (2013) when sales were £75.9m, pretax profit £15.9m and eps 20.4p.Organic growth ...
