Tracsis - Market awaits the next aquisition

Last month we attended a presentation given by Tracsis' finance director and business development director. The only new bit of info is that Tracsis has now launched its rail freight scheduling software - unlike passenger rail, which might run on the same timetable for perhaps six months, this type of scheduling changes every day, making it fiendishly complex.We quizzed them on prospects for an acquisition, especially as one is overdue and the Â£8.5m cash they hold is a bit of a dead weight. Their reply was that deals have been reviewed but they are unwilling to pay any old price.
