The next few years could see house builders emerging as a glamorous stock market sector with the quoted companies set to see sales and profits rising sharply. One to watch will be Crest Nicholson, (CRST; 259p) which  operates predominantly in the South of England and joined the Full List on 18 February.   This is second time around for Crest. It listed in 1963 but was taken private at the  peak of the market in 2007 by Tom Hunters West Coast Capital who then saddled the business with unsupportable debts.
