Anite - Buys handset performance testing business

Since our last update, Anite has expanded into handset performance testing, a market adjacent to its core test markets through the purchase of the business and assets of Propsim for Â£26m. Propsim is based in Oulu, Finland where Anite's network testing business is already based and as part of the deal, 54 employees transfer to it, of which half are in R&D. The assets being acquired comprise a range of lab-based radio frequency (RF) channel emulation tests designed to simulate the characteristics of wireless signals from the real-world environment.
