Shares in Renold have exploded upwards since we profiled the company in January. Last month's trading update reassured the market that the strong progress seen in H1 has continued and that full year results will show a doubling of profits. Both the Torque Transmission and Chain divisions are delivering sales growth. Double digit growth has been maintained in the group's North American, Australian and SE Asian businesses (50% of the overall sales) whilst the European businesses are expected to have returned to double digit growth in Q4, after a slower Q3.Full year results are due on 29 March with broker Singer forecasting eps of 4.1p for the year ending on 31 March and 6.6p for the year about to begin. ...
