Entertainment One is unmarried but not unloved. This month it said that its longstanding bid talks have been terminated as the potential offer did not reflect the company's value. A little bird tells us it wasn't an offer at all but a merger with a rival. The company also issued an update that said results for the year to end March are in-line. The film side has been strong with revenues up 15% adjusting for currency and the cycling effect of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (last year’s results included a boost from this film). The film slate going forward remains very strong. Digital sales have doubled year-on-year and are now 13% of total revenues,  reflecting the output deal with Amazon-owned Lovefilm.
