The shares stand 58p higher than when we made them a main buy last September. The latest statement confirms H2 has remained firm. The chief success driver is Hyperstone, which supplies flash memory controllers (of the type used in industrial smart cards) and it continues to benefit from new products including the serial interface (SATA) flash controllers, which builds on the presence in parallel interface (PATA) controllers. In comparison to that, CML Microcircuits, which supplies microchips for walkie-talkies, looks tired but some new products have been released to the market, which should keep sales stable.
