A dearth of newsflow and general worries over political risk has seen the shares slip back. During February, Hummingbird commenced drilling at DugbeF. The drilling programme is designed to extend the present resource of 812,000 ounces, within the Dugbe F and a licence area directly west. The first stage of the ongoing programme is anticipated to drill around 5,000 metres with individual hole depth averaging 150 metres.  We expect the shares to pick up steam shortly and the chance to buy at a discount to the oversubscribed institutional placing in December is tempting.
