The shares have fallen from over 80p after OPG said that during commissioning trials at its 77 MW facility, a component of the boiler, the air pre-heater, had failed. Although this cost will be covered by Tata, who are delivering the plant under its turnkey contract, a new heater has arrived. At the same time, OPG said that it has entered into an agreement with the State Electricity board for the supply of 50MW of power from the plant. Never look a gift horse in the mouth - with the new heater currently being fitted this is an excellent buy opportunity. ...
