Melorio - Continued strong demand

It was pleasing to see one of our 2009 NAPS, Melorio, saying it will meet expectations for the year to 31 March. A couple of months ago we reported that Daniel Stewart was looking for a pretax profit of £7.26m (eps of 14.8p) and they have since inched this further to £7.36m (15.5p). Melorio added that although there was some disruption to new learner registrations at Construction Learning World (CLW) due to extended site shutdowns during Christmas and the recent heavy snow, activity has returned to normal levels. The recent acquisition of Zenos, which operates in the computer training sector, has made terrific progress.
