Right on cue, having acquired a combined 29.4% holding in January, Ideal Shopping's founders, Paul Wright and Val Kaye, requisitioned an EGM to remove the directors. To save their blushes and avoid the meeting a number of board changes have since occurred. The chairman and two non-executive directors are being made to walk the plank with Wright moving to the chairman's role and Kaye becoming a non-executive. A certain Prem Nath Anand has just popped up on the register with a 5% holding; his part or his connections to Wright remain to be seen.
