One thing that chief executive, Don Elgie, is not afraid of is changing his mind, especially when it comes to his acquisition strategy with Creston’s second acquisition this month into an area which he previously deemed unattractive and economically sensitive. The first instance of going outside his historical direct marketing/market research focus came in September ‘03 when he bought PR business Nelson Bostock. This time he is buying Face Communications, the holding company for creative advertising agency, Delaney Lund Knox Warren (DLKW).
