The Growth Portfolio reached a new high this month with a gain of 5.2%. Almost all the gain was due to a further rise in two of the portfolio's largest constituents, Armour (positive trading statement) and NSB Retail (ahead of results shortly; possibly take some profits?).  This takes us back to earlier discussions where we havealways advised subscribers to maintain a reasonable spread ofinvestments, and why Growth Portfolio I and II were started; not onlydoes a portfolio approach minimise your risk in case something shouldgo wrong, but there is always something happening to keep yourinterest.
