 Interim results to 30 December showed turnover up by 18% to £37.9m. Operating profit, before demerger costs, was £2.3m, compared with £2.4m for the comparative period last year.  The reduction inoperating profit before demerger costs was principally due to RHG incurring higher central costs as a consequence of being a separately listed company.   Pretax profit, after demerger costs of£156,000, was £2.2m and earnings per share  3.6p. Net cash at theperiod end stood at £4.4m.
