Boohoo Group - Highly geared to any improvement in commercial flights

I covered BOO in full last month. As with Superdry, the UK market has performed strongly (+28%), although this has been offset by the slower recovery from the US, where BOO has been severely impacted by extended delivery times due to constrained airfreight capacity (a headwind that is seen as transitory) but this will be resolved by the launch of BOO’s 1m sq ft US distribution centre in Pennsylvania, which opens in the summer. FY22 results had been pre-announced so there are no major surprises. Sales were up 14% to £1,983m with adjusted pretax profit of £83m.
