Proactis supplies software that enables organisations to streamline, control and monitor all indirect expenditure. Since my last update, Proactis has ended bid talks. Having been impacted by the higher than usual customer attrition last year, it appears to be on the mend: in the context of £11.3m total contracts in FY19 (July year end), year to date wins have already reached that level with more than two months left to run. The banking facility has been reset with greater headroom. Finncap forecasts eps of 2p this year with 2.6p next. The broker notes PHD’s long-term contracts (£40.7m recurring revenue) and little short-term COVID-19 disruption, setting an 80p share price target. Speculative buy. ...
