Since my last update, Satellite Solutions has  changed its name to Bigblu Broadband after continuing with its steady diet of acquisitions - buying Open Sky in Italy and Sat Internet in Germany for up to £12.3m including earn outs.To pay the upfront elements, Bigblu (which has since also consolidated its shares on a 15-for-1 basis)  issued 1.4m new shares to the sellers and placed 9.4m new shares at 127.5p to raise £12m, lifting the total number of shares in issue by 24% to 56.3m. At the same time it has concluded a new agreement with satellite firm ViaSat-led, which has been extended to also include Germany and Italy.  OpenSky is Italy’s largest provider of satellite broadband access with 14.5 ...
