Innovaderma has acquired Ergon for £1m (562k shares). Ergon has developed an FDA licensed, drug free treatment for premature ejaculation called Prolong. The device comprises a £200 vibrator that aims to desensitise the penis as part of a six-week training programme. Based on a sale price of £250-300, IDP will also pay an £11 royalty per unit and a £150k bonus payment in those years where Prolong generates 20%+ ebitda margins. Separately, Innovaderma said April saw Skinny Tan hit its highest-ever monthly revenues and it has achieved a listing of the range on ASOS.
