IMImobile went to a new high after results for the year to 31 March reported strong trading across all regions. Europe & Americas and India regions both saw double digit gross profit growth helped by several new customer wins. In Middle East and Africa, the operator business grew strongly in volumes, however headwinds from currency limited growth to low single digits.Post the period end, IMI has made the bolt on acquisition of Infracast for an initial £8.2m plus earnout. This means IMI now provides communication software and services to four of the top five tier one retail banks in the UK.Whitman Howard has upgraded for the year just ended by 5% to 10.8p, lifting to 11.6p this year.
