Having pre-announced results in an earlier trading update, there were no surprises in the full year results. But the shares still moved to a new all time high.Sales were up 41% at £117m with adjusted pretax profit up 56% to £16.8 and eps up by 33% to 51.7p (9% tax). EBITDA margin increased from 18.6% to 19.9% driven by the greater proportion of higher margin software sales achieved in the period against consulting sales.   Software sales grew 69% to £42m (up 27% on an organic basis) driven by a record number of software wins for its capital markets products.But it gets better because £21m of software sales now relates to SaaS and maintenance income - up from £12m last year – in other words 51% of divisional sales repeat ...
