Restores core activity is outsourced document storage which includes the off-site storage of documents in cardboard boxes for law firms, banks, insurers and the public sector. It catalogues the documents, enabling it to retrieve boxes on request, scans documents for clients who want to convert records from hard copy to a digital format and then ultimately handles the destruction of records. Its customers are generally businesses who are required, often for legal reasons, to retain their records for a number of years and there is therefore a growing requirement for them to store and manage significant volumes of information.
