The shares finally popped, shooting over 100p more than vindicating our write up in July '12 at 33.5p when we dubbed them a screaming buy. Nobody wanted to know back then. Results to the end of March showed sales up 76% to £98.8m, pretax profit up 70% to £17.95m  (despite losing some of the growth due to the decline in the Rupee) and eps up 71% to 4.1p. EBITDA was £31m and EBITDA margins were 31%. The year reflected a full year contribution from wholly-owned 77 MW Chennai II plant and 10 months from the 80 MW Chennai III plant, which resulted in the amount of energy delivered from its three power plants being 97% higher than a year ago.
