arsus has acquired 75% of Istanbul based IFO, one of the largest independent exhibition businesses in Turkey. IFO owns and operates three events in Turkey; ASANSOR (an odd year biennial event held in April for the lifts industry with 8,000 sq ft); REW (an annual international event for recycling and waste management with 13,500 sq ft); and Sign (an annual international event for the outdoor advertising sector with 13,500 sq ft).We spoke to managing director Douglas Emslie post the news and he pointed out that the growth opportunities look exciting.
