West China's move to list on Hong Kong has been handled cack-handedly. First it said that it would list on 24 May and then it moved it back to 16 June, when a spokesman said a “300 page prospectus was taking time to write.†The turbulent market conditions has now moved the schedule into “the second half of 2010†- but this excuse is remarkable given the company intimated it did not need to raise money. When management finally pull their finger out, the shares will rerate. Strong hold for that. ...
