We haven't got round to meeting Stephen Wicks (chief executive) and Nishith Malde (finance director), the duo behind Inland (INL; 9p) in recent times although we did meet them some years ago when they ran their previous company, the housebuilder Country & Metropolitan, where they each held the same position. Country & Metropolitan was a successful business that listed in 1999 at 68p a share and was sold in 2005 at 300p a share.Inland joined the market back in April 07 at 50p via a placing by Dawnay Day to raise £47m net.
