Chorion - Shares break higher

Over the last three years, Chorion has demerged its pubs and clubs operation and done a number of deals to expand its reach in two media franchises of children's and crime brands. The shares have come up strongly but still only values the business at £77m. With management expected to conclude two more acquisitions by the year end, to add to its portfolio of literary estates which includes Enid Blyton's works (Noddy and the Famous Five), Agatha Christie (Poirot and Miss Marple) and Roger Hargreaves (the Mr Men series), we think it is not too late to buy the shares.The team at the top appear to have the experience to run a much larger business.
