In line with positive noises from MSB and Harvey Nash, Spring has also reported that positive trading  has continued to date, with increased levels of vacancies, billing rates and numbers of contractors and temporary staff on assignment. The technology staffing business has won new accounts as well as renewed and extended its agreements with a number of account wins. This saw contractors rise from 2,858 to 5,015 last year and the number should rise again this year.  Spring Personnel, the general staffing business, continues to extend its branch network and invest in new service offerings.  Williams de Broe forecast eps of 5.5p for 2004 with 6.4p next year.
