Investors have quite rightly become excited by prospects for ICM, a computer services company which five years ago moved into a niche market providing a range of business continuity planning, prevention and recovery services to complement the old core business of IT solutions and maintenance. These new services are aimed at enabling companies to keep operating with all their information in the event of a total computer breakdown or some other disaster - such as fire or flood - which makes it impossible to gain access to their computer systems or data.
