Erinaceous has announced the acquisition of the Occupancy business from Aim-listed Interior plc, 165p. Sharewatch subscribers will already be familiar with the business being acquired - it was formerly known as Eureka - a division of Interior (a successful recommendation for us back in 1998). Having been built up through acquisitions over the past five years it comprises four divisions; property management, facilities management (FM), office support services (cleaning, catering, security, confidential waste removal and 'front of house' services) and property management, for the occupancy phase of a building's life cycle.
