Idox - Looks like start of eps upgrade cycle

I am coming round to the view that Idox is about to enter the most exciting phase in its corporate life. Phase one was when the company was set up in 1996 as a supplier of electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS) to local authorities. As recently as 2003 it would have looked like the group was struggling.Phase two started in 2006 when it diversified by acquisition into application software for the local authority market and emerged a substantial provider of software solutions to them. These systems were ideal applications of the EDRMS document storage and retrieval functionality.
