Blancco - Joined up mobile erasure product roadmap

In many ways, 2018 was a transformational year for Blancco (BLTG; 130p). Not only did it see a strengthening of the management, but also upgrades to profit forecasts driven by strong organic growth and margin progression. CEO Matt Jones, who I met this month, says there is plenty of scope for further improvements.Old timers will recall SCSW originally tipped Blancco, then known as Regenersis, in June '08 at 77p. Its mainstay was offering a mobile phone repair service to manufacturers and retailers as part of warranty commitments. It also had a sideline involved in the disposal of mobile phones that were traded in when people upgraded.
