Some weeks ago I got a call from a financial  PR firm telling me they were involved in a small loss making AIM stock with a bit of a chequered past and asked if I’d have a look.   I learnt that the company was ZOO Digital (ZOO; 9.9p), which had joined AIM in 2000 when it was reversed into a moribund business called Kazoo3D. That year Kazoo had just lost £4.6m and ZOO itself was only a two year old business and was losing money.
