Idox has reported its H1 to end April with sales up 19% to £44.2m but flattish (+2%) ebitda of £10.3m. Acquisitions contributed £7.9m to sales but that was offset by the absence of the election/referendum, which had boosted the prior year (£2.3m vs. £4.1m H1) - strip that away and organic growth was therefore negative (-2%) in H1. The general election work is set to benefit H2, as does a full period contribution from the recent acquisitions.As I did a full profile last month, there isn’t much to add apart from re-echoing that the story here is about its public sector software (PSS) and Healthcare.PSS is the mainstay.
