An outstanding set of results for the year to 31 March, sending the shares higher. With the orderbook of £920m and the company now guiding to double digit revenue growth over the next twelve months and with margins also rising sharply, we suspect it won’t be long before the shares become a doubler on our most recent main tip at 499p in July '09 whilst we have already four-bagged on our original 173p buy recommendation in August '01.  As it was, for the year to 31 March, Synergy grew sales by 4% to £287m on a constant currency basis but pretax profit increased 15% to £37.6m and eps by 17%   to 52.6p.
