Blue Star SecuTech Inc (BSST; 50p), a provider of digital video surveillance solutions in China, is on a sizzling growth path. Over the past three years the company, which is still relatively tiny, has grown its turnover from £3m to £6.7m, whilst pretax profit has grown from £1.08m to £2.97m. However, analysts’ profit forecasts of £3.45m for the current year (albeit with a sharp H2 bias) leave the shares looking cheap. The PE is 10.1p at the 48p float price in comparison with March Networks, (MNW; 500p) and IndigoVision (IND; 860p), where the PEs are in the mid to upper teens.
