March Networks - US Broker RBC sets 700p target

March Networks, the provider of IP-based digital surveillance solutions, has reported maiden results for the year to 30 April. As expected, there was another quarter of double-digit sales growth despite the distractions of the IPO which took place five days before the year end. Driven by key account wins in North America and Mexico in its key verticals of banks, retailers and transportation, sales for Q4 were C$13.5m, double that of the same quarter last year and up 10% sequentially on the previous quarter. Q4 profit emerged at C$2.5m and earnings per share were C$0.20. Overall, sales for the year to 30 April almost quadrupled to C$42.7m for a profit of C$6m and earnings of C$0.52.
