Domino's has sold 13 of its remaining corporate stores for £4m cash to a company associated with one of its directors. The stores made an operating profit of £464,000 before central charges last year. The deal looks a good one for Domino’s as it eliminates debt and leaves the group cash positive. Before the disposal, Numis forecast eps of 15.1p with 18.8p next year, for a 2006 prospective PE of just 14. Keep holding. ...
